Bounjour

I have returned from a weekend in Paris! I thought it was amazing. Have you ever been to Paris? If you haven't been there yet I recommend that you visit sometime. The city is very big and everything is very different than in Spain, and especially different than Lucena. The people there are very diverse, meaning that there are people from all over the world and everyone dresses very different. You can see all types of people there- it reminds me of Seattle even!

I was only in Paris for a weekend but I was able to see many attractions there. I saw the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe, Sacre Coeur and MUCH more! My friend and I even went into Louis Vuitton and looked around- it's beatiful inside. Feel free to ask me about where else I went and I will be sure to tell you. I also got a chance to eat crepes, croissants, frech cheese, and the famous macarons. The entire trip was great and I can't wait until I can go back again!

Au revoir!

  2. How fun! You will love Paris! What I liked most about the city was just walking around and looking at everything. Some of the fun attractions to visit are the Eiffel Tower (of course!), Notre Dame and the Sacre Coeur. I hope you have a lot of fun when you go and visit!

  4. @ Carolina- You should go to France! I thought the food was very good but they have a little bit of everything there. Two of my favorite things there were the mussles and the macarons...they also have great crepes as well. I wouldn't worry too much about the food because they have all types of food. Although it is different from Spanish food, I think its always good to have an open mind and try new things...you never know what you might like!

  5. Hello Alexis!
I have just been in France. I've been in the South of France. I only can tell good things of my journey, like you. Although, when I return I'll visit Paris and my question is about the pronunciation because I think that is more easy understand the French of the South than the French of the North. If you can tell me your opinion I will thank you. Bye!

  6. @Eduardo- That's sounds like a lot of fun to visit the south of France. I've heard it's very beautiful! Unfortunately I don't speak ANY french so I have no idea how the pronunciation is in the South and North. My French friends did mention to me that the accents all around France change and sometime it's very hard to understand what people are saying (even for native speakers)...just like here in Spain! I'm sure if you visit different areas of France and talk with many people you will be able to tell which area is easier for you to understand.

  7. hi alexis! As you said, makes me want to go to France and see how it is, its culture and its people. Is it true that everything is more expensive there than in Spain?
    thanks goodbye!

  8. @ Nerea- I think that would be great to visit France! I have only been to Paris so I don't know about the rest of France but I'm sure there are many difference depending on where you go. In Paris things are more expensive but I think that's partly because it's such a big city that everyone in the world wants to visit! I still think you should go visit, its always good to learn about new cultures!
